USB drive is a storage device with features such as light-weighted, shock-tolerable, plug-and-play device. Just plug it into the USB port of you PC or MAC computer and you can easily copy or move your data or files around without any external power supply.

The USB drive also supports security protection and can be formatted as a USB ZIP Drive, or as a boot-disk with Hard Disk Drive (HDD) format. With the help of the tools, you are able to partition a general purpose, or secure, or a boot USB disk. You can also readjust the capacities of each partition.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The followings are required for properly using this product or installing the software coming with it:

  • Computer:  IBM PC/AT or compatible, Power Macintosh, PowerBook, iMAC or iBook
  • Operation System: Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista , Linux 2.4 and up, MAC OS 9.0
    and up.
  • Connection port: USB
  • Minimum Hard Disk Drive space: 3 MB

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT WINDOWS 98

  • Windows 98 was not intended to run mass storage devices. In order to run any USB device on Windows 98, you must install the driver (see link below) in order to properly use the product.     BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCIONS
    There are two versions of Windows 98, and they both handle USB differently. You must install the correct version of the drivers depending on your version of Windows 98. In order to determine your Windows version, please do the following:

    1). Right click on My Computer and select Properties
    2). On the System Properties page that opens, click on the General tab, (if not already visable on that page)
    3). Under the System heading, look for the version number on the right
    • Version 4.10.1998 is the original Windows 98 (98FE or First Edition)
    • Version 4.10.2222 is the Second Edition (98SE or Second Edition)
